1. Definitions

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active Account on ar999com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not accessing ar999com from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an ar999com Account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not classified as a problem gambler and are not enrolled in any self-exclusion programme that would prevent you from accessing gambling services.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on ar999com. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4. Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your ar999com Account. You must take all reasonable steps to keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) — strictly confidential. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person for any reason.

ar999com will never contact you to request your password or OTP through any channel, including email, live chat, SMS, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from ar999com and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to customer support immediately.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ar999com customer support immediately. ar999com will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account; however, ar999com accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or where you have knowingly shared your login details.

ar999com reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of:

• Identity fraud or impersonation;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Account sharing or use by an unauthorised third party;
• Any activity that ar999com reasonably believes constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5. Deposits & Payments

ar999com accepts deposits via the following methods available to Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT via the TRC-20 network. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the ar999com cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ar999com does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. If ar999com determines that a deposit originated from a payment account not belonging to the registered Account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Deposits made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are credited to your Account at the prevailing exchange rate displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. For USDT deposits, the PKR equivalent is calculated at the exchange rate applicable at the time of deposit confirmation on-chain. ar999com reserves the right to adjust exchange rates in line with market conditions.

ar999com reserves the right to decline any deposit or to impose deposit limits at its sole discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes or where anti-money laundering checks require further verification.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Account holders at any time through the ar999com cashier. ar999com processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and applicable limits.

Before any withdrawal is approved, ar999com may require you to complete full KYC verification, including submission of a government-issued photo identity document and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and estimated processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Minimum Rs 1,000 — typically processed within 2–6 hours of approval.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank Transfer: Minimum Rs 2,000 — typically processed within 1–3 banking business days.
• USDT TRC-20: Minimum equivalent of Rs 2,500 — typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Zero withdrawal fees on the ar999com side.

ar999com reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large or unusual withdrawal requests. Withdrawals that trigger anti-money laundering thresholds may be subject to extended processing times pending verification. ar999com accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network congestion on the TRC-20 blockchain.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ar999com offers a range of promotional incentives to registered users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General rules applicable to all ar999com bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus via multiple accounts will result in forfeiture and potential Account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time window specified for each offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain uncleared at expiry will be removed from the Account automatically.
• ar999com reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not adversely affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.
• Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — toward wagering requirement completion. Game contribution percentages are published in the individual promotion terms.
• ar999com reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a bet or series of bets constitutes bonus abuse, matched betting, or arbitrage betting. In such cases, ar999com may void associated winnings and remove bonus funds without notice.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets offered by ar999com — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and UFC — are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the ar999com sportsbook. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the relevant rules before placing any bet.

ar999com reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement period, or abandoned without a result;
• Where odds were published in error due to a technical fault or human error;
• Where ar999com has reasonable grounds to believe a market has been subject to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity;
• Where a bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already concluded.

For casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by ar999com's licensed game providers. ar999com does not modify RNG outcomes under any circumstances. Malfunction of a game — whether due to software error, network interruption, or hardware failure — voids all associated plays and any apparent winnings generated during the malfunction period.

ar999com's settlement decisions with respect to all bets and casino outcomes are final. Any disputes regarding settlement must be raised with customer support within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant event or game outcome. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ar999com and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one Account or facilitating the registration of Accounts on behalf of third parties;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate betting or gaming outcomes;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in systematic matched betting or arbitrage strategies that ar999com determines are designed to extract guaranteed profits from promotional offers;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised with a bank or payment provider for funds legitimately lost through betting or gaming activity on ar999com;
• Accessing ar999com from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, ar999com may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: immediate Account suspension or permanent closure; withholding or forfeiture of Account balance pending investigation; referral to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities; and civil or criminal legal action where ar999com suffers loss as a result of the prohibited conduct.

10. Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion requests submitted through the ar999com responsible gaming portal take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new Account will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

ar999com does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ar999com shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond ar999com's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by ar999com's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data

ar999com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ar999com Privacy Policy.

For material amendments — those that substantially affect your rights or obligations as a User — ar999com will notify registered Account holders via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the amendment taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date. Requests for Account closure submitted for this reason will be processed promptly and any eligible balance returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ar999com holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to ar999com customer support for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral authority applicable under ar999com's operating licence framework. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents ar999com from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
